Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy for Depress Me Not Candles


At Depress Me Not Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our Returns and Refund Policy outlined below:


1. Returns:

a. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

c. You must provide proof of purchase or a valid order number when requesting a return.


2. Return Process:

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

b. Once you have obtained an RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

c. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service, and please retain your shipping receipt as proof of shipment.


3. Refunds:

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

c. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Damaged or Defective Items:

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

b. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to assist with the resolution process.

c. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for the damaged or defective item.


5. Non-Returnable Items:

a. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used candles.

b. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items, unless they are damaged or defective.
